Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices shown in our online store include the legally required value-added tax (VAT) according to the rate in the Republic of Bulgaria. If a customer from an EU Member State provides a valid VAT number during the purchase process, the VAT rate will be removed, and the customer will pay only the product price without VAT. For all customers outside the EU, VAT is not applicable and will not be charged. During the purchase process, before completing the order, VAT will be removed for these customers.

The prices shown in our online store do not include shipping costs. The total purchase price, including the shipping fee, will be displayed at the payment review during the purchase process, before completing the order.

You will be informed of the estimated delivery time after your order has been approved. Upon approval of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information about your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, gifts, and other offers. Such offers are valid only for the period specified in those offers and under the terms directly associated with them.

Placing an order

To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on "Proceed to checkout". You will then receive an email confirming receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation").
Although we will always do our best to process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse processing an order after we have sent an order confirmation. vii. Strike, failure, or accidents in maritime or river transport, postal transport, or any other type of transport.
