Shipping Policy & Delivery Time
FREE shipping on all orders over 200 euros from Europe made with standard shipping.
The exact shipping cost — Standard or Express — will be calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address and before you complete your order.
The standard shipping fee within Europe ranges from €6 to €26, depending on the final destination.
The standard shipping fee to the UK is €21.
The standard shipping fee to the USA is €43.
No customs duties for the EU, the UK, and the USA. For the rest of the world, the buyers are responsible for local duties and any applicable taxes. These fees are set by your country and are collected by the mail carrier, so we don’t have control over them.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can keep an eye on your new backdrop anytime.
We do our best to ensure that the products you ordered arrive as quickly as possible. However, deliveries are beyond our control, and delays are sometimes possible due to weather conditions, logistic companies, customs, and other external factors. That's why we kindly ask you not to leave your orders until the last minute before the photoshoot.
We cannot accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds due to shipping delays if they are not in compliance with the legitimate 14-day return period.
The delivery time doesn't include the production time (the time it takes to print your product). Our production time is usually 3 to 5 working days. Please allow extra processing and production time during or just after big holidays and public bank holidays in Bulgaria. Around big holidays, like Christmas or Easter, production time can take up to 14 days.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.
For orders made from the UK, there will be no customs duties. FRAMATICA backdrops are certified as products made in the EU. Therefore, they fall under "The EU-UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA)", which exempts them from import duties when shipped to the UK.
There are no customs duties for Switzerland.
For all orders made outside of the European Union, the UK, and Switzerland, there might be additional import and disbursement fees. These fees are payable to FedEx, our shipping partner, upon delivery. For more information, please visit:
