The delivery is free on orders from Europe over 150€ made with standard shipping and on all orders over 250€ from other countries made with standard shipping.

The total delivery time includes the production time (the time it takes to print your product) and the shipping time. Our production time is 2 to 3 working days. Please allow extra processing and production time during or just after big holidays. Around big holidays, like Christmas or Easter, production time can take up to 10 days.

For countries in Europe shipping time is usually 1-10 days according to the geographically location of your country.

For all other countries shipping may take 5 to 15 working days.

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

All of our backdrops for product photography are suitable for spills because you can easily wipe them afterwards.

We produce our products in the EU.

All products are folded, wrapped in soft tissue paper, placed in a special cardboard box, and then in an additional outer box for secure transport. Only the backdrops for product photography are packed rolled up in a hard cylinder tube.

On each backdrop, you can find a small image of the backdrop design with its size and product number on the back side, in the top left corner. By folding them with this part facing outward, you can easily browse your collection and find the backdrop you are looking for.

Each tube with backdrop for product photography has a label with the design and size of the backdrop, so you don’t have to open the packages one by one to find the backdrop you need.
