Product Return

We are doing our best to offer you exceptionally high-quality products, but if you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it to us.

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract in a 14-day period. In the event of exercising the right to withdraw from a distance contract and returning of the products, the consumer must return the goods to us no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer informed us of their decision to withdraw from the contract. 

Returned goods must be in good commercial condition, in their original packaging and should not show signs of use.

You have to return the product accompanied by the document proving the purchase - order number, or if you have provided a valid VAT number during the purchase process - invoice.

Until the goods are handed over to Framatica by the consumer, the risk of loss or damage is entirely borne by the consumer.

The products created in our section “Customize” are made specifically according to your requirements, with specific designs. Unfortunately, for this reason, these items of products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

First step - email us using the button located at the footer/bottom of the page/ It is called "Withdraw from contract" 

Second Step - wait for confirmation email from us

Once we receive your request, we’ll confirm by email that your return has been approved and a refund will be processed.
Please note: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Third Step - send the package back to the address we have provided to you in the confirmation email

We recommend using the original packaging.

Fourth Step - Receive your Refund

You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive your return. 

The amount will be refunded to the bank account from which the original payment was made.

Important Notes 

Please note that the colours you see on your monitor are indicative. Different monitors display different values depending on whether they are calibrated. The colours on the monitor are measured in HEX values, while those in print are in CMYK, which can always lead to some variation. The printing technology and equipment used for each Framatica product are of the highest possible quality, which minimises these variations. However, it is still possible that some variations may occur. Colours also depend on the camera brand, camera settings, and the source of lighting.

Be aware that sizes may vary by 0,50 to 2,00 cm due to the shrinking of the textiles during the printing process.
